COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How many passengers does your bus hold?

    Our bus holds up to 14 passengers.


  • Is smoking or vaping allowed?

    Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the bus.


  • What is your cancellation policy?

     If you cancel prior to 72 hours of your booked event, you get a full refund. If you cancel within 71 hours of your event you get no refund.


  • Can we have snacks & drinks on the bus?

    Yes, you can bring snacks and or drinks on the bus. However, we require drinks to be in a cup. Drinks must remain on the charter at all times and can not be taken off.



  • Can we bring alcohol on the bus?

    Because we are a limousine company, you are allowed to have alcohol on the bus, however, we require it to be in a cup.

  • Is there music onboard?

    Yes.  We have a Bluetooth system that allows you to sync your device with it and play whatever you like.  We also have pre-made playlists if you prefer.

  • What if our party goes longer than the booked time?

    We charge $100 per hour for any additional time over the booked time.

  • Are there hidden fees?

    There are no hidden fees or surcharges.

  • How far in advance do I need to book my event?

    We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid not getting the day you want.  There is a large demand for service, and we book on a fist come, first serve basis.

  • Can we book the bus to just drive around all night?

    Yes.  We can tailor your experience to whatever you need…bar hopping, destinations, or just cruising the town.
